Initial Telephone Consultation: Free up to 30 minutes.
The purpose of this is to chat through your concerns, give general advice and discuss whether further assessment or therapy may be worth considering for your child.
Initial Screening Assessment: £150

This usually takes 60-90 minutes within a client’s own home or educational setting i.e. nursery or school. The assessment will include taking a detailed history of your child and discussing any concerns you/education staff have.
Informal (play based) or formal (standardised) assessment will take place as is deemed appropriate for your child depending on their age and stage of development.
You will be given verbal feedback in the session and a short report with written recommendations is also included in this price.
If you would prefer an assessment with verbal recommendations only and no report this costs £100.
Initial Complex Assessment: £350
This usually takes 2-3 hours and includes taking a detailed history of your child, discussion with parents/education staff, in-depth formal assessment using standardised assessments, analysis and interpretation of assessment results, observation of child at home/school/nursery where appropriate and a detailed report with written recommendations.
Following assessment, we will discuss potential ways forward and therapy options for your child if appropriate. There is no obligation to take up further therapy following an initial assessment.
Therapy Session: £75 per hour
£60 per 45 minutes

This includes the whole time spent at the session, including any discussion with parents/education staff and face to face contact with the child. The fee also includes preparation for the session and time spent writing up notes following the session.
We would agree on the number and frequency of sessions prior to starting intervention and keep this under constant review.

Therapy sessions can be delivered in your home or in your child’s nursery or school.
For therapy to be successful your child will need opportunities to practice between sessions or for targets to be incorporated into daily routines, therefore a parent/carer or member of staff must be present at all therapy sessions.

Includes written targets tailored specifically for your child with activity ideas to achieve these and any resources required as appropriate.
Training
​
Training for key workers, education staff and groups of parents can be arranged. Training fees will vary depending on what is required but will generally be charged at £75 per hour of face to face training plus £75 per hour of preparation time.

Training requirements should be discussed with the therapist and a fee agreed upon beforehand.
Travel
​
Travel time to client’s home, school/nursery and other visits away from my home base at BN11 4RH will be charged as follows:

First 15 minutes (30 min round trip): Free
​
15-30 minutes (30-60 min round trip): £15
​
30-60 minutes (1-2 hours round trip): £30
